LJ Artworks are created by self-taught artist, Elena Bijelic, based in the south coast of NSW. Australia’s natural landscape and cultural diversity are an endless source of inspiration for Elena. Her work captures the deep duality exhibited in environments and people - holding and balancing explosive energy, tension and strength. Elena paints the layers and complexities she observes using a variety of mediums including acrylics, wall paints, pastels, water colors on recycled boards, canvases and paper.
